Antonia Ferrier is a transatlantic strategist and the founder of En Avant Strategies, an advisory firm connecting American and European entrepreneurs and financing. She advises leaders in defense, security, and strategic industries on political risk, stakeholder engagement, and cross- border growth, with a particular focus on Germany, Poland and Ukraine. Her work is supported by her active participation in the Munich Security Conference and her membership in the American Council on Germany.


Prior to founding En Avant in 2025, Antonia served as Vice President of External Affairs at the International Republican Institute (IRI), overseeing global engagement, communications, and partnerships across more than 80 countries. Before her time at IRI, she was the Chief Strategy & Communications Officer at CGCN Group, where she provided strategic counsel to Fortune 50 companies, startups, and trade associations on major federal public affairs efforts and high- stakes policy debates.


Antonia’s expertise is rooted in nearly two decades at the highest levels of the U.S. Congress. She served in senior leadership and advisory roles for Senate Majority Leaders Mitch McConnell and Bill Frist, House Speaker John Boehner, and House Majority Whip Roy Blunt. A published writer and commentator on U.S. and international politics in The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times, she is a contributing editor at The National Interest and serves on the board of the Yale Campaign School.
