David M. Drucker is a veteran Washington Journalist and the author of In Trump’s Shadow; The Battle for 2024 and the Future of the GOP, a deeply reported, forward-looking, behind-the-curtain examination of an evolving Republican Party and the ambitious men and women competing to influence where it heads next. Drucker is a regular panelist on MSNOW’s flagship morning program, “Morning Joe,” a weekly guest on Salem Radio’s nationally syndicated Hugh Hewitt Show, and he appears often on a variety of podcasts, talk radio and streaming programs across various platforms. Drucker has earned a reputation for accurate, insightful, and unbiased reporting and analysis on politics and policy that, crucially, ties together what’s happening in the nation’s capital, and why, with its political impact on voters — and vice-versa.

Drucker is a former reporter and editor for Roll Call, a newspaper covering Congress and campaigns for the House of Representatives and U.S. Senate; and served as a senior correspondent with the Washington Examiner. Drucker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of California Los Angeles.
