Matt Gorman

Matt Gorman is Chief Communications Officer and a member of the Executive Team at Targeted Victory, a digital marketing firm specializing in politics and public affairs. His specialty is helping clients across business, sports, entertainment, and politics navigate today’s media landscape. He brings over a decade of experience advising presidential candidates, members of Congress, and Fortune 50 companies on storytelling, media training, and crisis management.

A veteran of three presidential campaigns, he most recently served as a senior advisor to Tim Scott for America. Before that, he was Communications Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), where he was named to POLITICO Playbook’s Power List. Gorman also served as Rapid Response Director and National Spokesman for Jeb Bush’s 2016 presidential campaign, as well as Deputy Rapid Response Director on Mitt Romney’s 2012 campaign.

Gorman is a trusted voice across national television and leading publications, providing political analysis and insights on the issues of the day. He was named to the American Association of Political Consultants’ 40 Under 40 in 2025 and selected as a Pritzker Fellow at the University of Chicago’s Institute of Politics in 2024.

He is a graduate of Stonehill College and resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his dog Millie.
